Our Journey at

At, we've embarked on an exciting journey to integrate AI into our services. Recognising the potential of AI to enhance our client interactions, we developed an AI chatbot designed to revolutionise the way we communicate with clients. This section details our experience and the innovative strides we've made with this technology.

The Genesis of the Idea

The idea for an AI chatbot stemmed from our commitment to providing accessible and efficient legal services. We wanted to create a tool that would be available 24/7 to answer clients' initial legal queries, guide them through our services, and provide a seamless user experience.

Development Challenges and Triumphs

Developing the chatbot was a journey filled with both challenges and triumphs. We faced technical hurdles, such as ensuring the chatbot's ability to comprehend and accurately respond to a wide array of legal queries. Collaborating with AI experts, we were initially quoted up to £25,000 for the development process, making us believe the project was unsustainable.  However, within a few months of this initial quote, technology has moved on so fast that we were able to develop the project in-house without high development costs, with just a little bit of technical knowhow and time.

Impact on Client Services

Lawyery has launched the ‘AI Kyla bot 1.0’ this week on our website, named in tribute to our paralegal Kyla Donnelly.  We hope the chatbot will have an impact on our client services. It has been trained to enhance client engagement, provide immediate responses to basic inquiries, and streamline our client intake process. The chatbot's ability to handle initial queries allows our legal team to focus on more complex cases, improving overall efficiency and client satisfaction.

Future Prospects

Looking ahead, we plan to continuously improve the chatbot's capabilities, incorporating client feedback and the latest AI advancements. Our goal is to make the chatbot an integral part of our client's legal journey, from initial inquiry to case resolution.
