As a sponsor of a skilled worker in the UK, it is your responsibility to fulfill certain duties towards the UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) agency.

 

These sponsor duties include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the sponsored individuals, reporting any changes in their circumstances, and complying with the terms of your sponsorship.

 

Failing to fulfill these duties can result in penalties and potential loss of your sponsorship license.
